Absolutely the most friendly customer service i have ever experienced in many years. Professional, courteous, and helpful are just a couple words to describe them. Mark helped me through the process with great patience.

The people that run it are all nice. I never had any problems. The only part I don't understand is why they can't refund any days that are not used.

Outstanding rental spaces with very friendly young lady who helped me get squared away for a hell of a price. I was alittle disappointed when I found out where my space was. I was under the impression that Imy space would be backed up to her space. And have someone watching my goods. But it was wishful thinking on my part cause she never promised me a rose garden. So I will settle with the video surveillance and will be asking about the terms for security with a personal touch. Lol. I did some how manage to get 4 months for half price. And would have paid full for a watch person.
