Leanna was super helpful and efficient in getting me set up with a unit. The unit itself provides for easy access with wider aisles for driving between snd accessing the unit than I’ve seen in some other storage facilities. So far so good!

The customer service is a pleasure to deal with. Every thing transparent; you know what your in for. I have a unit and was able to exchange it for two adjacent units of the same size. I had used a nationally known moving and storage company. That company was difficult.
