1st I spoke to McKenzie she was professional and helpful. I was behind on my payments and needed a smaller storage space. She escalated the call to Leann who I assume is a Manager because I asked to speak to a Manager. She was also professional and helpful. She assured me that once I paid my past due balance that I would be accommodated with a smaller cheaper storage close to my current storage. I spoke to Courtney today as I was paying my past due balance today. She was also professional and helpful. Paid my past due balance and reserved a storage space only a few doors down from my current storage space making the transfer of my belongings much easier and convenient. I was also given a reasonable amount of time to relocate my belongings.Thank You all for your help. I will absolutely recommend Pleasant Valley Mini Storage to others.
